3.2  Registration is optional unless it is specifically required for a particular product or service.

4. Website Availability and Responsibility

4.1  The operator may update, modify, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time.

4.2  Certain services offered through the Site may depend on third-party providers. The operator is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or availability of any third-party service.

4.4  The operator is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its control.

4.5  Technical issues may occur, and the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from such issues.

4.6  The Site and all Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

6. Professional Disclaimer

6.1  The Site or Products may include general information or educational materials in fields such as wellbeing, coaching, leadership, health, lifestyle, or similar areas.

6.2  Such information does not constitute professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. Coaching and wellbeing content is not a substitute for medical care or therapy.

6.3  Visitors are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance for their personal circumstances. If you are struggling with your health, please also speak to your GP or a qualified professional.

6.4  The operator is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on content found on the Site or in the Products.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for:

•  Loss of profits, data, or revenue

•  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

•  Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the service

•  Interruptions caused by external conditions

7.2  If liability is established in connection with a purchased Product, the total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

8.1  The Site may include external links, embedded content (such as embedded video), analytics tools, marketing technologies, email service providers, or payment processors.

8.2  The operator is not responsible for third-party content, performance, accessibility, privacy practices, or security.

8.3  Use of third-party services is at the visitor's own risk.

9. Account Access (If Applicable)

9.1  Customers with accounts or course access must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and access links.

9.2  Any unauthorised access or suspected breach must be reported immediately.

9.3  The operator may suspend or terminate account or course access if misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms are suspected.

10. Force Majeure

10.1  The operator is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, network outages, or emergencies.

11. Purchasing Terms

(Applies to physical goods, digital products, online courses, and services)

11.1  Purchases made through or related to the Site may include physical goods, digital products, online courses and digital content, subscriptions, or services.

11.2  Prices displayed on the Site include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

11.3  Prices, products, and offerings may change without prior notice.

11.4  Payment may be processed on the Site or via external systems (such as Stripe). Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information.

11.5  Delivery:

•  Digital products and online courses are delivered electronically, with access provided immediately after purchase via a link sent to the email address you provide.

•  Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary.

11.6  Risk of loss for physical goods transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the shipping provider, unless otherwise required by law.

11.7  If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and either refunded or offered an alternative, as required by law.

12. Online Courses and Digital Content

12.1  When you purchase an online course or digital content, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own individual use only.

12.2  You may not share, resell, copy, distribute, publish, screen-record, or otherwise make available the course, its videos, guided meditations, access links, or materials to any other person or organisation.

12.3  Access links and any login details are personal to you and must be kept confidential and not shared.

12.4  The operator may suspend or permanently withdraw access, without refund, where these Terms are breached — including where course content or access is shared or distributed without permission.

12.5  Course content may be updated, improved, or amended over time. Where continued access is offered, the operator will make reasonable efforts to maintain it, but may migrate, change, or discontinue a course with reasonable notice.

13. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

13.1  Cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The following terms apply where no different legal requirement applies.

Digital products and online courses (immediate access)

13.2  Where a digital product or online course provides immediate access to content, you will be asked at checkout to consent to that immediate access and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory right to cancel within 14 days once access has begun. Where you give this consent, the product is non-refundable once access has begun. Where immediate access has not been provided or consented to, you may cancel within 14 days provided the content has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.

Physical goods

13.3  Cancellation is allowed within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law. Defective or incorrect goods will be replaced or refunded according to applicable legal obligations. Free promotional items or gifts provided with a purchase (for example a complimentary book) are not separately refundable or returnable.

Services and coaching sessions

13.4 Individual coaching calls or sessions — whether purchased on their own or as an optional add-on to a course — may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before the session is booked or has begun. Once a session has been booked and taken, it is non-refundable. This does not affect the non-refundable status of the course itself.

13.5  Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights where a Product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to the following:

•  Provide accurate and updated personal information

•  Ensure device and internet compatibility for accessing digital content and online courses

•  Keep course access links and login details confidential and not share course content

•  Care of physical goods after receipt

•  Report any account-related issues promptly (if an account exists)

15. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access to the Site, withdraw course access, or cancel orders under the following circumstances:

•  These Terms are violated

•  False or misleading information is provided

•  Fraud, misuse, or abuse is suspected

•  Course content or access is shared or distributed without permission

•  The Privacy Policy is violated

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16.2  Disputes must be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1  If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17.2  The operator may assign its rights and obligations to third parties without restriction.

17.3  These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the use of the Site and the Products.

17.4  For inquiries, visitors may use the contact details provided on the Site's contact page, or email vicky@vickyruss.co.uk.
